Get to know your new robot companion.Immediately after placing your order, your information will be transferred to our Tailos Customer Experience Team. You will be assigned a dedicated Success Manager who will work with you to ensure that your journey with Tailos, and implementing Rosie into your operations, is highly successful.
All orders are processed in Texas. Due to the nature of lithium ion batteries, Rosie must ship via ground transportation within the continental United States. For most customers, delivery will occur within five business days after placing your order.
Rosie weighs less than the traditional vacuum. Compared to the Windsor Sensor, weighing in at 22lbs, Rosie with its battery is only 18lbs.
Standard Rosie rental subscriptions include no-hassle return provisions. If you aren't completely satisfied with Rosie, you can cancel anytime. Our Customer Success Team takes cancellations very seriously and will be there to help when you need it.
During the entirety of your subscription, Rosie is covered by our standard warranty. Tailos provides repairs of any defect or premature hardware failure. Customers are responsible to provide their own regular maintenance which mainly involves cleaning the roller. Engineering teams love servicing Rosie as there is no belts, no hoses, and the process is very easy.
Accidental damage caused by misuse is not covered under our standard warranty. Tailos will perform repairs on equipment. For peace of mind, enroll in Tailos Care and be covered against accidental damage and theft.
Tailos will update your automatic payment date based on the date Rosie is delivered to your property.
Rosie is deployed in more than 12 countries all around the world. When placing an international order, our system will automatically apply shipping rates for you. Please note, all orders are shipped with duties, import fees, and other associated costs to receive your shipment due to you, the customer.
Due to exchange rates and recurring subscription fees, you will only see US dollars when navigating Tailos online store. Billing will occur in US dollars as well.
Due to the nature of our commercial product, we are unable to process or ship Rosie to any residential address. Exceptions are provided on a case-by-case basis, please contact support@tailos.com to request an exemption.

The idea of Tailos was born after our founder, Micah Green, saw issues while working as a room attendant at the Statler Hotel on Cornell University’s campus. Tailos later graduated from the REV Ithaca and Cornell Life Changing Labs Summer Accelerator programs in 2015, and grew to the first-ever working prototype in 2016.
