Our Story

Tailos was born when our founder, Micah Green, saw issues while working
as a room attendant at the Statler Hotel on Cornell University’s campus.

Our Painless Process

1

Demo Assessment

In order to determine how Tailos can best add value, we set up a live demo for your team so they can see Rosie in action. Our demos can be performed in-person at your location, remotely over a video chat, or in our office.

2

Drop Shipping

Rosie is ready to use right out of the box, so there is no need for an on-site Tailos professional. To deploy one or more Rosie’s simultaneously, use our quick and simple setup guide.

3

Autonomous Mapping

Place Rosie in the area you wish to clean, and as it works, Rosie will produce a unique map of the area it is cleaning. Rosie doesn’t need to be driven around to map (or re-map) a region.

4

Continuous Support

The constant transmission of robot performance and health data allows our team to offer proactive product support. Customers have a variety of ways to get in touch with the Tailos support staff if they need assistance.

5

Automatic Updates

At Tailos, we are constantly enhancing our robots and introducing new functions. All customers receive these upgrades remotely without any changes to your daily operation.

6

Continuous Improvement

We are always working to improve our commercial cleaning benefits for our customers. Our sophisticated AI platform refines Rosie’s operations simultaneously in order to improve cleaning and performance for your business.
